About Michelle Weissman
With a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and advanced certifications in Instructional Design, Michelle blends business strategy, human behaviour, and adult learning theories to create immersive eLearning experiences that drive measurable performance improvement.
Michelle’s extensive experience in analysing business needs and shaping organisational culture across international markets enables her and the team to deliver globally informed solutions tailored to local challenges.
Drawing from diverse industries—healthcare, technology, retail, and property management—Michelle designs scalable, impactful eLearning strategies.
At Lexlife Solutions, Michelle’s technical expertise fuels cutting-edge eLearning and LMS solutions. Her success in optimising Learning systems for Super Retail Group and developing simulations for PaperCut and Bolton Clarke highlights her mastery of blended and digital learning.
Michelle’s leadership extends beyond design to managing large-scale initiatives and change programs. From launching new departments at Draper and Kramer to leading diversity and inclusion training at Emberin, she consistently transforms workplace culture and enhances leadership.

About Brent Thomas
Graduating Information Technology at Griffith University in 2000, Brent saw the transition from intranet-based eLearning platforms to eLearning Management Systems at their inception.
Majoring in Computer Science and Software Development with minors in Artificial Intelligence, Brent took an instant interest in logic in computation and the complexities of brain learning and neural networks.
This interest aided him in becoming an Analyst Programmer, creating banking and membership software, but would quickly guide his passion back to training and teaching programming for new interns.
Brent controls the technical build process where eLearning plans are technically attached to eLearning Management Systems such as Articulate 360.
Not long before Brent followed the need to learn and pass on his knowledge. He returned to school and graduated from Griffith University. Soon after, he led successful Information Technology and Business departments at multiple Queensland High Schools.
Brent was able to shape the minds of young people in IT and Business, and their teachers in how eLearning Management Systems could make life easier for all, introducing student devices and Bring Your own Devices (BYoD) to create anywhere, anytime eLearning opportunities in multiple schools.

What began as a shared love for beach volleyball quickly evolved into a shared vision for transforming eLearning experiences. United by a disdain for ineffective eLearning and a drive to create engaging, impactful solutions, they formed an unstoppable partnership that has been going for almost 10 years.
Lexlife Solutions has grown into a dynamic force for innovative eLearning and business transformation from that serendipitous moment.
The “L” stands for Learning, “EX” for Experiences, joined with their joint commitment to improve people’s lives through learning, became Learning Experiences for LIFE, LEXLIFE.
Michelle brought her global training experience and knowledge of human psychology combined with Brent’s technical and education backgrounds to create custom digital eLearning that stood out in the industry.
In fact, some of those courses created at the very beginning, for EchoEd, an Australian Echocardiography expert, still demonstrate industry-leading technology and content.
Together, Michelle and Brent share their passion for technology and learning and their combined 40+ years’ experience to deliver the best eLearning solutions.
Hundreds of courses and thousands of learners later, Michelle and Brent still push the technology to meet the learning needs of their audiences and develop strategies and concepts in learning that exceed expectations wherever they go.
